Full Description
This course will introduce the learner to Internet of Things (IoT) concepts, systems, considerations, and security issues. A practical exercise is included for student to practice research on IoT systems using standard tools and leverage that research to interact with a vulnerable system.

Learners will be able to describe concepts related to IoT communication


Learners will be able to describe data collection methods by IoT devices


Learners will be able to describe the process used by threat actors to attack IoT devices and services.


Learners will be able to describe methods for defending IoT systems
